Welcome to the ERS Client Instruction Portal.

An Energy Performance Certificate (EPC) shows the official energy efficiency rating of a property. EPCs are already required as part of the Home Information Pack (HIP) and from 1st October 2008, they will be required on all rental properties upon change of tenant.

Every ERS EPC instruction is managed from start to finish by our dedicated schedulers ensuring that each appointment is made for the DEA within 48 hours of receiving the instruction.

The DEA will undertake the EPC and upload it to the landmark database and it will be available to you within 24 hours of completion.

To register and use the EPC instruction portal, please select register and complete the form. At the bottom of the form please enter a username and password – you will use these details to login to the site and instruct EPCs.
