To get started, simply register now on the registration page and you’ll be able to send your EPCs to us immediately. If you have a one off EPC requirement you can do this immediately or if you have multiple properties requiring EPCs, you can set up an account. To set up an account with ERS, tick the account option in the registration process.

Once you are registered with ERS, you can logon to the system and start submitting your EPCs. You will also find a simple step-by-step user guide to using the instruction portal.

Payment Options.

There are two payment options to choose from when instructing ERS EPCs.
1. Cash
2. Invoiced account

When you register with ERS you will automatically be set up on a cash basis where all EPCs cost £75 + VAT. However, if you have multiple properties requiring EPCs we are happy to offer a discount and set you up with an account.

The account option enables you to submit multiple EPCs at a discounted price with all EPCs being raised on an account basis, rather than paying for them upfront.

Should you wish to apply for an account with ERS simply tick the "Request Credit Account" box during the registration process. A member of our team will call you within 24 hours (Monday-Friday) to discuss your requirements and price.

The cash option is the easiest, quickest option for one off EPC requirements, the account is the most convenient for multiple EPC instructions or those with multiple property portfolios.
